These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you — the player — and 663bat. Each individual Player is entitled to register and operate one (1) 663bat Account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where 663bat identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all secondary accounts will be closed and any Bonus credits voided.
To register a 663bat Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. 663bat conducts mandatory KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

Your 663bat Account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results directly from a proven security failure on the part of 663bat.
663bat employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to protect Account data in transit. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing algorithms — neither 663bat staff nor any third party can retrieve your plaintext password.
663bat accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). 663bat reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
All transactions on the 663bat Platform are conducted in PKR. Where a Player initiates a transaction in a different currency (e.g., USDT), 663bat will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate risk is borne by the Player.
663bat is committed to compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 663bat monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and may request source-of-funds documentation from Players making large or unusual deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities. The 663bat AML programme is overseen by the Head of Compliance in accordance with the requirements of the Platform's gaming licence.
Players may withdraw available funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see Section 4) prior to first processing and may be subject to additional verification on subsequent requests at 663bat's discretion.

Loyalty points and tier status carry no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside of the 663bat Platform. 663bat reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time.
All bets placed on the 663bat Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, casino game, or instant game, as published in the Platform's help section. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of those specific rules in addition to these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 663bat Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling 663bat to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending Account and void all associated bets and winnings:

All content on the 663bat Platform — including but not limited to the 663bat logo, branding, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 663bat or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants a Player any licence, right, or interest in any 663bat intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
Players may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any 663bat intellectual property without prior written consent from 663bat. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 663bat shall not be liable for:
In any event, 663bat's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant incident.
Nothing in these Terms purports to exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

A Player's continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must close their Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendments.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 663bat's international gaming licence is registered. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 663bat, the following process applies:
Players must first raise any complaint or dispute with 663bat's customer support team via live chat or the email address [email protected]. 663bat will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation.
If a Player is not satisfied with 663bat's internal resolution, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated under 663bat's gaming licence. Details of the applicable ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) body are available from 663bat's compliance team upon request.
Any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms must be made within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims made after this period shall be considered waived.
663bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's Account, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for a breach of these Terms, any Bonus credits and associated winnings shall be voided. The remaining Account balance — consisting of genuine deposited funds net of amounts legitimately wagered and withdrawn — will be returned to the Player's original deposit method following completion of any outstanding investigation.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 663bat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be paid to the Player's verified payment method following a final KYC check.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the 663bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between 663bat and each Player with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements.
